Stirling Community Enterprise in partnership with Stirling City Heritage Trust are delivering a pre-apprenticeship course which will provide you with training and a qualification Health & Safety, practical hands on experience in construction skills and insight/knowledge of traditional construction skills.

The traditional construction skills sector offers a diverse range of opportunities and employs 200,000 people full time in Scotland.

The traditional construction sector faces a continued skills shortage at a time when a large number of their jobs need to be completed.

Stirling City Heritage Trust aim to address the skills gap by helping local firms to take on new modern apprentice’s.

Once you have completed the course you will be guaranteed an interview for a modern apprenticeship with a traditional construction employer.
