Kildean Business and Enterprise Hub is open for business!
31st July 2018The last two weeks have been exciting for us as the first STEP tenants moved into their new premises within the Kildean Business and Enterprise Hub followed by Forth Housing Association who relocating from their office in the city centre.
This regeneration project was delivered by Raploch URC, Forth Housing Association and STEP, funded by the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund, The Robertsons Trust and Raploch URC.

The partners have given the site at Kildean a new lease of life with all 3 former (boarded up and badly vandalised) buildings now fully functional with grounds fully maintained creating a fantastic internal and external working environment. The £965k project has brought new private sector businesses into Raploch and in addition has allowed 3rd sector organisations to co-locate within the Stirling Community Enterprise building creating a thematic Hub in the heart of Raploch. So far Stirling Community Enterprise, Addictions Support & Counselling Forth Valley are based in the main building with others due to move in the autumn.
“Forth’s move to the Kildean Business & Enterprise Hub should bring us lots of benefits. Not only is it a pleasant green working environment but the fact that we are sharing the site with other businesses and enterprises will hopefully allow us to work together, to develop new and better services for our tenants, many of whom live within easy reach of the office.”
– John Cameron, Managing Director, FHA
