Here is a brief outline of a learner who has taken a huge step forward in her progression that Tracy would like to share.

This Learner attended the centre for a wide variety of help and support. She was able to tap into different departments and get assistance in several aspects of her life. She consistently visited the centre after her time/programme was over as she knew she could get what she needed in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

She had many low points but her resilience and her communication with those who were involved in her progression here at the centre has resulted in her being confident and able enough to apply and secure a job within a care facility. She is back to her old self and has stated that she feels focused and ready to go forward. She is actively discussing her next steps and her plans for the future now she can physically see a light at the end of her tunnel.
