I have attended a Pallet Workshop and a placement through SCE and they are now looking for a further placement for me.

Why did you decide to get involved with Stirling Community Enterprise?

I was asked by JCP if I would be interested in working with SCE. I thought this would be an opportunity to have support and guidance while seeking employment.

Can you describe your Stirling Community Enterprise Experience?

Overall I have enjoyed working with SCE and made to feel comfortable.

What were the highlights of your experience?

Working with SCE on a weekly basis has been great and it’s been a pleasure attending my weekly appointments.

What did you gain from your Training/ Placement?

Working with SCE has given me my confidence and motivation back.

Has your Training/ Placement influenced any future career plans?

I now know that I will not be going back to my old career. Working with SCE has opened my eyes to what opportunities are out there.

What advice would you give students considering becoming involved with Stirling Community Enterprise?

Yes, my experience with SCE has been first class and I would not hesitate in recommending SCE to anyone looking for assistance.
