Stirling Community Enterprise works with a range of local Partner Employers who are proactive in supporting the development of people who are experiencing unemployment.
Partners range from sole traders to large national organisations who offer opportunities to our customers in a way that fits with their organisation and the demands of the business.
Examples of opportunities include regular work experience placements, in-house training and support and sector specific input through our ‘Meet the Employer’ workshops.
Work experience placements offers customers access to valuable up to date work-based experience, refresh their skills, build confidence and increase their chances of securing employment.
Supporting local recruitment
We know that recruitment is a time consuming and costly exercise and we offer support to Partner Employers to identify potential candidates from the local area, deliver pre-employment training (where required) and assist with the screening and interview processes.
This service is offered at no cost to the Partner Employer therefore reducing the time and money it takes to recruit for existing vacancies.
If a Partner Employer requires specific pre-employment training to be delivered prior to recruitment, we can support with the cost of this to maximise our customer’s chances of success.
All of our Partner Employers work with us in different ways but they all share one thing in common; a commitment to supporting people to secure sustainable employment.
