Creation of Raploch Community Campus delivered through a separate Public Private Partnership supporting the development of education amongst young people and encouraging lifelong learning in the heart of Raploch.
Development of 152 mixed tenure units delivered in partnership with R3 (Cruden Homes and Taylor Wimpey consortium), Forth Housing and Stirling Council.
Development of 88 mixed tenure units delivered in partnership with Cruden Homes, Forth Housing Association, Stirling Council and Steadfast Homes.
Improvements and reclassification of Back O’Hill Road diverted the trunk road (A811) around rather than through the heart of Raploch.
Drip road improvements including traffic calming measures.
Riverside walkway linking Raploch Riverwalk with the footpaths in the Kildean loop and the creation of the Wildlife Garden overlooking the River Forth.
Development of 14 units specifically to support older residents in partnership with Forth Housing Association.
