Stirling Community Enterprise offers amazing opportunitiesProject A.L.B.A. (Altered Lives Big Adaptations) is supported by BIG Lottery and offers free training opportunities that enable people to get the skills and experience they need to gain employment.


Courses are open to men and women aged 16 – 64 years from the Stirling Council area who have left school and are needing help to secure a job.

A.L.B.A. training courses aim to prepare people for further or national training programmes, college, apprenticeships or employment and a variety of options are on offer including:

Customer Service


Sports Coaching



CSCS Training (ILA funded)

Stirling Community Enterprise offers amazing opportunitiesAdditional support is also offered including help with using computers, understanding job descriptions, application forms, C.V. building and preparing for interviews.

Partner Employers work alongside us offering supported work experience placements across a range of sectors to help give people local, up to date, relevant work experience.

Everyone’s journey to employment looks different and people experience different challenges along the way. Allocated staff mentors help customers stay focussed on achieving their goals, access any additional support they need and provide a personalised approach to the customer’s experience

Lunches are provided and travel costs are reimbursed so that it doesn’t cost anything for people to take part.
