Our Vision

Our Vision

Project A.L.B.A. (Altered Lives Big Adaptations) is supported by BIG Lottery and offers free training opportunities that enable people to get the skills and experience they need to gain employment

All people regardless of age, circumstance or place of birth can access fair, sustainable employment that improves their quality of life.

Our mission

Our mission is to help people who experience inequality feel empowered while on their journey to employment through the delivery of holistic and supportive education and employabilty services.

By offering person centered support in areas such as physical and mental health, addiction and offending we dedicate our time to supporting people to overcome challenges that are affecting their chances of securing and sustaining employment.

We respect that no-ones journey is the same and that the time required to successfully secure employment can vary dramatically based on the barriers that each individual may face.

Through the creation of pathways into enhanced training and employment we aim to help people realise their potential and connect them with the next stage of their employability journey.  Our services are designed to equip people with the fundamental life and workplace skills that will prepare them for employment and critically, enable them to sustain it.
