Since late 2011 the Community Enterprise through Project ALBA has supported nearly 400 customers who were finding it very difficult to compete for, secure or sustain employment.
On average 45% of these ALBA customers progressed into employment, college or further training.
In addition to this we have supported an additional 200 customers through additional courses such as ILA funded CSCS training and school link programmes delivered in partnership with Stirling Council.
In 2013/14 the Community Enterprise supported the achievement of Community Benefit targets connected to the development of Site 4B Raploch. By working in partnership with the developer, Cruden Homes, the Community Enterprise delivered training and employability support to local people which resulted in 5 local people gaining employment and the provision of a range of work experience placements.
Since 2014, the Community Enterprise has secured an over £250k of additional grant investment allowing additional skills provision and education to be offered for free within the Stirling Community.
